It was with great shock and sadness that we learned of the Tragedy in Union Hall early this morning.  To all of our friends in Union Hall, Glandore and the wider West Cork region we extend our condolences.  Our thoughts and Prayers are with you at this time.

With 2012 now upon us, and with most clubs back in pre season training already the committee are actively preparing for the 2012 season.  Regatta dates are being finalised and will be published within the next few weeks.

Apologies for the lack of updating ion the website in recent weeks.  It will now up updated twice per week so be sure to log on to see the news from Coastal Rowing in Cork.

The Great Island Row 2011 that had to be post poned on Sunday last due to adverse weather conditions has been re-scheduled for Sunday 18th September 2011 with a start time of 8.30 am.

Well its that time of year agaion when the rowers have completed their tough championshiop season and want to let their hair down.  The CRA Dinner Dance and awards ceremony will take place at Rochestown Park Hotel on Saturday 8th October 2011.

It is expected that there will be significant demand for tickets so be sure to book yours early through your clubs.

A great night of fun and entertainment is promised.

The Coastal rowing Associations underage awards ceremony will take place at Trabolgan Holiday Centre in Whitegate, Co. Cork on Saturday 24th September.  All those who wish to attend should make contact with their clubs to arrange tickets etc.  All Medals and trophies for U 12, U 14 and U 16 Categories will be awarded on the day.  It will start at 1pm with the presentation of prizes and will finish at 6pm.
